Our Approach
One of our CIO's will work with you and your management team to develop an IT strategy and budget that aligns with your objectives. We look for ways to better utilize technology, reduce licensing costs, and improve efficiency and productivity. The result is a technology plan and predictable budget that addresses your business’s day to day technology management, support, and maintenance. We take care of managing servers and networks, loading updates and patches, auditing information security, installing new software or equipment, managing backups, trainnig users, and solving problems.
How we operate
We install a monitoring and alerting infrastructure and employ remote administration and support tools. This allows us to detect and resolve problems before they impact your business providing a high quality of service with minimal cost. A pair of our system administrators will be assigned to your account and introduced to you and your staff. You will have direct access to call or email them as needed. Your administrators will also make regular trips on site to keep the lines of communication open and provide one on one support. They will proactively monitor your network and computers, install updates and manage your infrastructure to keep it providing maximum value.
Our comprehensive and pragmatic technology plan ensures you always have the right technology infrastructure without over spending on upgrades that you don't need. We are your technology advocates, don't let vendors take advantage with industry jargon or over promise their solutions. We'll review any product or service you're considering to ensure it meets your expectations.
We do not use offshore technicians or labor and you will never have to deal with a call center. Your Systems Administrators are your direct contact.
Quarterly executive meetings with your assigned CIO will ensure the plan stays on track. Planning a change in your processes or developing a new business strategy? Your CIO is available to participate and ensure IT supports your objectives.
